Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phjoint's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
phjoint reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, phjoint reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in your Account. Real-money funds may be withheld pending investigation and may be subject to deduction for any losses suffered by phjoint as a result of your breach.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no investigation is pending.
